ios UITableViewで1行のみを更新する方法です。
更新したい場面で、
[self.tableView reloadRowsAtIndexPaths:
[NSArray arrayWithObject:[NSIndexPath indexPathForRow:0 inSection:1]] withRowAnimation:UITableViewRowAnimationNone];
を記述します。
この場面では、1Section,0Rowのテーブルセルを更新しています。
0Sectionの0Rowから、0Sectionの8Rowまでを更新したい場合はforを使ってやればOK
